I just love Dr. Bowers ! He makes me feel at ease when talking to him. He is always on time with appointments, I’ve never had to wait. He is always available when I need him night or day.

I can’t begin to say enough amazing things about Dr. Bowers and Carolina Health & Athletics! Dr. Bowers has listened to my needs and concerns and helped me feel like for the first time in 35 years I am being heard and my health is more than just a number or dollar sign. I’ve never met a more compassionate physician that actually cares about his patients and that says a lot as someone that is also in the healthcare field. Best medical practice that we’ve ever been to! Our primary care provider is, James Kelley, NP and we couldn’t be happier with his professionalism, bedside manner, and his genuine concern for our family’s well being. Mr. Kelley has gone above and beyond what any other medical provider has ever done for us. If we have a question or concern, he is just a a text or phone call away. Mr. Kelley frequently checks in on us even when we don’t have a question or concern. Seriously, who does that?! Very recently, I sent Mr. Kelley pictures of my daughter’s rash. Honestly, I thought maybe a Tylenol and Benadryl would have relieved her symptoms, but Mr. Kelley sent us directly to the children’s ER. While in the ER he checked in via text and even called me to make sure the ER physician was completing all the testing my daughter needed. It turned out to be a severe allergic reaction to a medication (that she was prescribed elsewhere) . My daughter was hospitalized for almost a week! The ER doctor and Attending MD complimented Mr. Kelley for recognizing the signs and symptoms of this very dangerous reaction. We couldn’t be more thankful to him! We will always be members of this practice. We highly recommend Carolina Health and Aesthetics!

Originally contacted James Kelley for laser hair removal. After discussing my diabetic issues, I signed up to allow James to manage my diabetes. I have lost 30 lbs and my blood sugar is consistently under 100. Additionally had PRP on my knee and playing golf every day. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Nurse Practitioner Kelley (whom I refer to as Dr Kelley, as it’s just easier) for about six months. I came in absolutely desperate for answers about my health. I had been sick for months at that point and acutely sick for several weeks. I don’t have insurance but knew I needed a medical professional who would take my weird symptoms seriously. I even got lost my first appointment because my brain fog was so bad (the office is very easy to find). I was honest with Dr Kelley that I don’t trust doctors and have a hard time subscribing to western medicine (I try to treat without medication as much as possible). Dr Kelley has been dedicated to finding out what’s wrong with me since day one. Within a couple of months I was 80% better and now I’m probably 95% better. I love that I can reach Dr Kelley at almost any time, he’s just a text or call away. I was in a serious car accident a couple weeks ago, so I texted him on a Saturday afternoon and he sent a Rx within minutes. I’m so blessed and grateful that Dr Kelley has basically given me my life back and I’ll be returning to fulltime work within the next couple months. He’s also seeing my 18-year-old son now as well, will probably be seeing the whole family soon. Thank you, Dr Kelley 🙏🏻🤍

Dr.Cliff has always been very open and helpful to me and my family. he has the biggest heart ever. i was diagnosed with bipolar 1 and i went to multiple doctors and none of the medicine helped me until i started going here. i don’t know where i would be without his help!

This is the most amazing health care service EVER !! I am a “dont go to doc unless dying” type person by default, but have known and had my situations saved by Dr Cliff on more than one occasion. From quarterbacking major surgery and pointing me to the right specialist to emergency house calls for my kids and myself. I cant put into words the refreshing simplicity and professionalism of this man’s vision. Mr Kelly was referred to me from another friend. Very happy with visit, treatment, and time that was provided. Very different approach to finding the problem and not just covering it up with pills. Can really tell he cares and has seen a lot of mistreatment of patients from previous experiences. Nothing seemed rushed during my visit. Love the self pay options and subscription to not need insurance. Great for self employed and business owners!
